Returns

Kacogifts accepts returns on products shipped by us if there are issues due to our error, such as receiving the wrong or a damaged item. For a successful return, the item(s) must be accompanied by proof of purchase.

Certain goods are not eligible for return. This includes perishable items like food, flowers, newspapers, or magazines. We also do not accept intimate or sanitary items, hazardous materials, or items containing flammable liquids or gases.

Our return policy is valid for 15 days from the date of arrival, particularly for fragile products. Returns made after 15 days from the delivery date will not be accepted.

Important Notice:

  1. Returns must not be sent to the sender’s address on your package. This is not the return address and can disrupt your return’s processing. Only send returns to the address specified on our shipping label, even if you’re using your own shipping methods.
  2. Ensure that your return package does not accidentally include items not purchased from Kacogifts.com. We won’t be responsible for returning these items to you.
  3. To qualify for a return, items must be in their original condition: unworn, unwashed, undamaged, with tags/packaging attached, and the hygiene sticker intact.
  4. Products typically ineligible for returns or exchanges include personalized items, bodysuits, lingerie, jewelry, beauty products, underwear, event and party supplies, DIY supplies, pet supplies, and accessories.

Please remember that the absence of an item from this list does not guarantee its eligibility for return. Contact our Customer Service Agent for more details on product returns.

Refunds (if applicable)

We’ll notify you via email once we receive and inspect your returned item, informing you whether your refund has been approved or rejected.

  1. Not Happy with Your Order

If you’re dissatisfied with your purchase, please contact us at [email protected] for assistance. Our customer service will assess your case and provide further instructions. We may offer up to a 100% refund of the item value/shipping fee/order value for issues related to product quality or printing errors.

  1. Damaged/Wrong/Missing Items

For defective or malfunctioning products, retain the package’s shipping label. To address any order issues, document the unboxing and provide us with the shipping label and proof of the problem. Ideally, capture images of the items on a flat surface showing the tag and any faults. We’ll issue replacements after confirming the situation and you won’t need to return the defective items. This information aids us in managing your order and preventing future errors.

Please note that this warranty does not cover:

– Damage due to accidents – Improper care – Normal wear and tear – Color and material degradation due to sun exposure – Modifications made after purchase

Our policy is active for 15 days after item arrival. We cannot offer refunds or replacements for items received outside this timeframe.

Note: Refunds are not issued for orders that are delivered as described and function properly.

  1. Lost Packages

In cases where packages are lost in transit, we’ll gladly replace your order. If you prefer not to have a replacement, we’ll wait 15 days before issuing a refund to allow for possible delivery. Our Customer Service Team will keep you updated on the order’s status.

For lost package reports, please provide the Loss Certificate or official information from your local post office regarding your package’s status.

  1. Packages Discarded by the Post Office

We’ll resend orders discarded by the Post Office if the address was correct and valid. Unfortunately, we can’t offer replacements, refunds, or credits for orders with incorrect customer addresses. We’re also not liable for undelivered orders due to recipients moving or being unreachable.

Canceling an Order

Orders can be canceled within 6 hours of purchase.

– Full refunds (100% of order value, excluding customer tips) are issued for cancellations within the first hour of purchase. – Cancellations after the first hour and within 6 hours of purchase will receive a 70% refund of the order value (excluding customer tips), as a 30% management, processing, and transaction fee will apply. Orders can’t be canceled or modified once they’ve reached an advanced stage of preparation.
