PROCESSING TIME FOR ORDERS
We commence production of our products once payment is confirmed. Expect a processing period of 3-5 business days for your order, regardless of the chosen shipping method. Our shipping operations run from Monday to Friday, excluding weekends and holidays, and we do not dispatch orders on the same day they are received. Typically, if you place an order on Monday, it should be shipped by Friday.
Please be aware that processing times might be extended if the initial information you provide is inaccurate or incomplete. This includes errors or omissions in payment details, incorrect address, or incomplete product specifications. We appreciate your patience and understanding should such situations arise.

Below are our estimated delivery schedules. International shipping can be unpredictable due to various factors like holidays, customs processes, and weather delays, hence these are only estimates.

Standard Shipping Policy We adhere to standard corporate shipping rules and do not deliver to Post Office (PO) boxes.
Package Tracking Your order status page will display a tracking number, which can be used to follow your package’s journey. This tracking number might take up to 24 hours to become active on courier websites like USPS, FedEx, or UPS. If there are any issues or queries regarding your order, we’ll reach out via phone or email.
Upon arrival, each order should include a packing slip. Please verify that the details on the slip match the contents and note any discrepancies or damage to the box.
Production times vary between product types: approximately 3-5 business days for apparel items (like t-shirts) and 4-7 business days for non-apparel items (like posters). Shipping times are additional and vary based on product type and destination. We’ve prepared tables to simplify these details for you.
Around 95% of our orders are shipped within 5 business days, and over half are shipped within 3 business days or sooner.
